Every month we celebrate an highlight an amazing member of the Yes Supply Collective, a members-only community for female entrepreneurs who are ready to uplevel their businesses and grow their online following.
We share the amazing things our ambitious members are doing in their business, going after their goals to create a YES life, and making a positive impact on the world.
This month, we’re profiling Chelsea Moore Stutzman a holistic health coach and certified yoga instructor sharing what amazing things she’s done, how she’s got there, and how the yes supply collective helps her make a serious impact in her life and business.
She’s using integrative nutrition to help women get from confused, overwhelmed and frustrated by health to glowing, energized and confident. She coaches her clients through sugar addiction, digestive issues, bloating, acne, sleeplessness, exhaustion, adrenal fatigue and feeling overwhelmed.
Tell me about Well Soul Collective.
The Well Soul Collective is my holistic health coaching practice, where I work 1:1 with my clients to deliver amazing results for their unique health + wellness goals. I take women from bloated, sick, overweight and exhausted to radiant, energized, confident and excited about life.
I’ve worked with coaches, moms, business owners and tattoo artists – you name it, I’ve seen it all, and have delivered epic results for each of my amazing clients.
As a coach, I use my background as a yoga teacher and my studies of integrative nutrition to combine customized programs that work for my clients.
I meet with folks via phone or Skype and offer guidance on diet, exercise, sleep, cooking, meal prepping and other holistic healing practices.
What is your MISSION STATEMENT? How are you going to change the world/other people’s lives and make a positive impact?
I make clients feel empowered to listen to their bodies and really connect with what health means for them, then supported in finding the tools, knowledge and changes they need to make health happen
I help my clients feel heard and understood.
I want to help people to cut through the bullshit that surrounds ideas of what health and happiness are or should be and help as many people as I can to live their happiest, healthiest lives.
What are the steps it took you to get to where you are now?
So many! My first step was to get a handle on my own health, which was quite a process.
I was on a typical yoyo model – super healthy and active, meal prepping and working out daily for about 2-3 months at a time. Then some stressors would pop up and BAM! Right off the wagon.
For me, health started when I found a dear friend to workout with regularly. I started going to cardio kickboxing and barre classes with my work bestie, then gradually added running while keeping up a yoga practice. With all of that in place and consistent for about 6 months, I started wondering about the nutrition piece.
I began reading lots of advice and treated my body as a sort of science experiment. I learned what works for my unique body, and through that process naturally started coaching some of my friends and family around me!
Once I felt confident in my health, I knew I had to keep sharing this. I felt so, so much better than I ever knew I could, and I couldn’t keep it to myself!
So I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and launched my coaching practice, using my holistic coaching education in tandem with what I learned through my journey and my insights as a yoga teacher to coach my clients into some epic results.
What is your YES? What kind of life do you want to live?
I want to live a life fueled by passion. A life that glows from the inside out. A life where I add value and meaning to other people’s lives by giving them the greatest damn gift there is: health.
I want to inspire others to find what I found!
How does the Yes Supply Collective community help you achieve that?
This community, the yes supply collective holds me accountable to walking my talk.
When I show up in the Collective, I know that I have to show my authentic self and share my truth, which means I need to be taking care of me in order to take care of others.
Seeing all the other girl bosses manifesting and practicing self-care alongside with me WHILE they’re hustling and growing their businesses is fabulous and so inspiring.
What influenced you to join the collective?
I needed a support system full of girl bosses when I was still struggling with self-doubt and fear surrounding my business.
I knew I was good at what I did, and I was so proud of the results I’d already delivered, but my inner vampire voices still kept eating at me and causing me to hold myself back.
In the collective I saw an opportunity to be part of a supportive, loving community.
