How To Manifest Anything You Want

Over the years I’ve manifested everything from my dream car to buying commercial real estate, to healing certain aspects of my health, to losing over 60 lbs postpartum and the list goes on.

I’m a big believer in the universal laws and manifestation AND I believe we do it with God. Yes, we have free will, so we can create outcomes on our own, BUT our manifestations lead to more fulfillment, more love, and more life when we create alongside with God.

When what we want comes through our truth and pure inspiration, rather than because we saw someone else have it on social media.

This doesn’t mean to do away with nice, luxury things- I believe that luxury things mean that they were made with care, and originality in design and expression, and that is a good thing.

But I mean, when we are manifesting something, purchasing something, attracting something, we are also asking “Is this for the highest Good of all?”

Because when our good fortune also supports, inspires, enriches another it is so much more sustainable and feels so much more aligned.

I’m a believer in the universal laws, and the universe. And what I believe is that God loves order, and God loves us, so he created an orderly universe for us to live within, and orderly laws that we can live in harmony with to live our best lives.

When your wish or manifestation is aligned to what is the greatest good of all, you will often find that something swoops in to support you- at least that is what I have found.

And over the years, manifesting incredible opportunities and seen my clients manifest incredible things like:

  • 100K months in their business
  • 100K gift a day after doing one of my embodiment rituals!!
  • Losing weight
  • Manifesting a baby after infertility
  • Releasing unsupportive patterns, of eating and drinking alcohol

And more, I have seen that my formula for manifesting works and I would love to share it with you.

I want to let you know that, this process works well alongside the universal laws, and I encourage you to get to know them and live your life in harmony with them too.

So, what’s the first step in manifesting what you want?

Manifest Anything You Want:

Decide on Your Envisioned Success

Step 1: Decide on Your Envisioned Success:

Your envisioned success is creating a vision for exactly what you want in your life.

Now make sure this is true for you.

Your YES might be living on a farm, and going for long walks on the trail with your dog.

BUT, sometimes looking at social media, it can make us feel like the epitome of success is driving a Ferrari and living in a big house with a waterfall.

Don’t fall into that, because if you chase someone else’s dream you’ll find yourself with 3 Ferraris, and seven waterfalls and still unhappy. Because it wasn’t aligned with YOU and your spirit.

Choose your YES in spirit. Log off of social media and distractions for a day and ask yourself “What do I REALLY want?” “What would make me feel at peace, happiness, and fulfillment?”

My favorite question in alignment with this is: “What would I ask for if I knew the answer was going to be YES?”

This is the question that changed my whole life.

You can think about this in relation to every area of your life:

  • Health
  • Wealth
  • Money & Finances
  • Career
  • Romantic Relationships
  • Friendship and community relationships
  • Personal Relationship with Self

What would your Best life (your YES life) look like? What would it feel like?

This is the first step, because with clarity, and direction you can start moving toward it.

And you can start reprogramming your subconscious mind to support you in getting there and no longer resist it.

How To Manifest Anything You Want

Step 2: Your Empowered Self

The next thing you need to do if you want to manifest anything you want is become that person.

But if you want it, you’re in luck, because that person ALREADY lives inside you.

You are incredible, successful, resourceful and capable of anything and everything you want.

But often, when we grow up, we’re surrounded by people who tell us ‘be realistic’ and so we minimize our dreams.

If someone is telling you to be realistic, they are asking you to dumb yourself down to what’s realistic for them, not for you.

Dream bigger. When that happens all your life it patterns and programs you to play small. But that isn’t your potential or capability.

So instead, peel back the layers of societal programming. Peel back the beliefs given to you that you have to play small, always stay the same, and let your past dictate your future.

Instead, you can ask yourself: “The version of me who ALREADY has everything that I want: Who is she?”

  • How do you see yourself?
  • What is your self-image?
  • What are your beliefs?
  • How do you see the world?
  • What do you believe about the world?
  • And if you want you can even ask yourself how you would dress and take care of yourself?

As this person who has ALREADY manifested it.

It is in acting, being, and aligning with this person that will help you create it in your inner world and it will soon be reflected in your outer world.

The next step is…

Step 3: Your Essential Skills

This is about how you value your time. How do you spend your day? Scrolling and taking in everyone else’s life? Or building your dream, your own skill set, and romanticizing your own life. In awe of how amazing every moment in life is.

You ask yourself the question “What inspired actions would make my success inevitable?”

If it’s helpful for you, design your ideal day and begin to live that as best you can now.

It’s all about aligning with the outcomes you want and making your success inevitable.

So if you wanted to be the world’s next leading chef, you’d be buying cookbooks, exploring new ingredients, and testing out unique ingredients in the kitchen with passion!

If you wanted to be the world’s best speaker, you’d be planning and creating your dream keynotes, building your portfolio, and speaking to anybody who would listen!

It’s all about aligning your joy and your purpose with how you’re spending your day and VALUING your life and your gifts.

So ask yourself “What actions would I take that would make my success inevitable?”

“What does my ideal day, and my ideal week look like?”

“What can I do to improve my skillset- read a book, take a certificate, attend a conference, practice what I’ve learned?”

The answer will show you exactly what to do next, and then all you have to do is stick to it.

Step 4: Your Exoneration of Your Past Self

This is all about releasing the past so you can step into a new future.

You may have grown up with trauma, and anxiety, and you may have doubts, emotions, limiting beliefs, and fears that have held you back for years.

As you start to take steps forward to the life you want, they are only going to get louder. They may even come accompanied with physical ailments like exhaustion every time you set out to achieve your goal.

But here the thing- Pain isn’t a bad thing. Pain is a messenger.

Those limiting beliefs, thoughts, and anxious emotions are only coming so you can face them, process them, and release them. So that you can move on to the next part of your life even lighter than ever before.

They are showing you the programs of your past that kept you in a paradigm of the same.

Once you release them, you’ll realize the part they played and you will also realize that you are SO much more than that!

Step 5: Your Expectant State

The next step in the process is expecting the best-case scenario.

Even though this is the last step, this is not the final step. This is a fluid process that you can review, and move through again and again as you reach new heights in your life and come up against new hurdles and new levels.

This process has helped me so much because every time I feel stuck I think to myself: “Wait a minute. Do I know my goal? Am I being that person? Am I taking aligned action? Am I releasing what’s not serving me? And Am I expecting the BEST case scenario instead of the worst?” This helps me know exactly what to focus on to work on and improve in my life.
