Why I Teach the Universal Laws
When I first got into personal development, I felt like I was hearing the same surface level advice over and over again: “You can have it all!” “Just think positive!” And while those messages were inspiring, I didnt believe it was possible FOR ME…because they didn’t always reflect what I was going through.
I didn’t look like most of the coaches I saw. I didn’t have the same background. I didn’t feel confident yet. And I was asking myself, “Is this really going to work for me?”
Then I found subconscious reprogramming. I started learning how our brains are wired for change. Then I found the Universal Laws… and everything clicked. These weren’t just concepts. They were laws. If I aligned with them, it would have to work, and that is what exactly started happening for me, and for my clients.
I practiced them in my life, and taught them in my courses and offerings. I knew this knowledge would be powerful for coaches helping others so I decided to build them into the YES SUPPLY Method.

The Law of Divine Oneness
The Universal Law that’s made one of the biggest differences in my life is the Law of Divine Oneness. Before I learned about it, I saw everything and everyone as separate. It’s easy to feel like people are against you or don’t support you when you believe that. But this law reminds us that we’re all connected.
And when you see the world that way, everything softens. You stop creating from fear or competition, and you start building from love.
It’s why when I create our content, our app, our certification like I’m building them for someone I love. Because I am. We’re all part of the same whole.
The Law of Resonance
The Law of Resonance says that you don’t attract what you want… you attract what you are. And when I learned that, it shifted everything. At one point in my business, I was trying to take in everyone’s advice: “You should post this.” “Follow this strategy.” And I lost the joy. It wasn’t fun anymore.
So I asked myself… if I already had the community, the success, the impact I wanted… what would I want to post? What would feel fun? That’s when everything started to take off. I started posting things like EFT tapping, something I do daily and love. That energy, that alignment? That’s what resonates. And the results followed! We grew over 100,000 followers in a few months!
The Law of Cause and Effect
This one’s simple but powerful. What you put out comes back to you. I remember tipping someone $100 just because I wanted to. No expectation. Soon after, our neighbor gifted us tickets to a hockey game my husband had been dreaming about going to. That’s how this law works. You don’t have to control how or when, it’s just about staying in the energy of generosity, of love.
The Law of Gestation
You have to give things time to grow. The Law of Gestation teaches us that everything has a season. A timeline. Just like you can’t rush a seed into becoming a tree, you can’t rush your vision either.
So many ambitious people have amazing ideas, but instead of watering that one idea, they keep planting new seeds and never give any of them time to grow. You have to nurture what you’ve started. Stay with it. Trust that it’s growing, even if you can’t see the roots yet.
The Law of Polarity
As you’re growing and evolving, you might feel stretched. That’s normal. The Law of Polarity says that everything has an opposite, a high and a low, a challenge and an opportunity.
So if you’re experiencing discomfort or fear, know that on the other side of that is the growth you’ve been asking for.
For me, going live on camera used to terrify me. I told myself I was shy. But I started shifting the story. I practiced. I trained. And eventually, it became second nature. You step into the identity of the person who can hold the success you’re calling in.
That’s the work. That’s the journey. And when you do it alongside the Universal Laws, you’re no longer guessing, you’re guided. (Yes, Really)
TRY THIS
One of the practices that’s changed my life…and so many of our students’ lives, is something I call checking your voicemails. Every morning, I start my day with gratitude and then I sit in silence. I ask, “What do I need to hear today? What’s the next step?” And then I just listen.
Those ideas that come through? They’re seeds. And when you follow them with action, you’re aligning with the Universal Laws… especially the laws of Action, Expectation, and Increase.
You Already Have the Seeds
The biggest mindset shift I want you to take away is this… You already have the seeds. You don’t need to chase more, be more, or get it perfect. You just need to start watering what’s already inside you.
And when you live in alignment with these Universal Laws, your life doesn’t just change… it expands.
So ask yourself today. If I knew the answer was going to be yes… what would I ask for?
Then get in alignment, take inspired action, and trust that it’s already on its way.
