I think back to the little Reese I was when
I started YES SUPPLY.

She was the girl who was SO ready for a change.

I felt stuck and trapped in my life. I felt stuck with my finances, stuck with a ceiling for how creative I was allowed to be, and that I was unable to be my true self.

I would look around me and just see more miserable people stuck in the same kinds of jobs, and life as me. And all the conversations I heard centered around being stuck and unsatisfied.

I remember PLEADING to God and the universe saying “God! I am READY to do the work, I am WILLING to do what it takes! Please tell me what I have to do to escape this and create a better life and I’ll do it, and I’ll help others do the same!”

And the universe answered my prayers.

Step by step, I began to have the right courses, business coaches, teachers, leaders, and coaches show up before me, and it was my job to recognize the sign that was given to me and do the work.

Of course, it’s not that everything has been a breeze since I started. I had a lot of ups and a lot of downs. A lot of celebrations…but a lot of sadness too.

I’ve made a lot of mistakes, and I figured them out. I signed up for a ton of things, programs, software, and tools that didn’t work for me, which shone a light clearer on exactly what does work for me.

And I’m SO excited to be sharing some of the best of the best tools and resources that have worked for me so that you can smooth sail to the business you want to create, have the financial resources you dream of, and take the guesswork out of picking what tools work for you.

One thing that’s SUPER important to remember though, is that tools and software are all great, but they are NOT the foundation. Mindset is the foundation. Ensure to spend time on YOU and make sure you feel aligned, and amazing, before taking action, and your results will be that much better!

Filming + YouTube Tools

My business is run based on the content that I put out on Youtube Tools. Everything that serves and helps the people I want to help comes in either word or video format. So, of COURSE, I need to make sure I have a set up that I love. I used to have a mirrorless camera, but I found it so hard to get the sound set up properly, and it was cumbersome to get the SD card out of it. Little things, but they added friction to my day. Now I’ve upgraded to a DSLR and I love it for filming videos and filming my testimonials after my live events too. Having the right filming and youtube tools is key for putting out content your in love with!

The membership site software I use is called Wishlist Member. To be honest, if I were to start again, this software probs wouldn’t be my number #1 choice. I haven’t seen a lot of really impressive upgrades, but its a very accessible price, and it does seem to work for basic membership and content protection so give it a try and see if it’s right for you.

I always used to wake up feeling really tired and groggy. I would really want to hop out of bed and get shit done, but I would wake up with this brain fog that made me keep wanting to press snooze… and press snooze again…and then again.

Even when I got enough sleep, I felt tired, and it was frustrating for me because all I wanted to do was hop out of bed with energy and work on building my dreams and helping people!

This all changed when I started taking this Iron supplement syrup. What I like about it is it is not just pure Iron (which apparently can be tough on your system). It is a mix of Iron, and B vitamins and other natural herbs which are said to process well in your system. I do a minimum of 10 ml a day, and within a couple of days I already felt more energized. Now it’s been about 2 weeks since I began and I honestly feel more energized now than I did before my pregnancy! Where has this been all my life!

One thing I am aware of is there can be lots of things we don’t know about that go into our water like Lead, Mercury and even other people’s dissolved prescriptions (yuck!) So when I’m at home, I also use this filtration system to filter out all the yucky stuff from water.
