The world of online coaching has completely taken over! You could literally log onto Facebook and find the person who can help you change your entire life. Or you can actually become a coach to transform lives through a completely virtual experience. Isn’t the Internet amazing?
If you have this burning desire to up level someone’s life, and you want to make a global impact, then online coaching might be the best industry for you!
While many people try to tell you that it takes forever to launch a business, I am the one to tell you that you can start your business today. There are, however, 4 steps I took myself to launch my online mindset and business coaching program. This was something I was able to do within 4 weeks. It is totally possible for you!
Find Your Niche
You need to decide exactly what you are good at by exposing your gifts and talents. Think about what lights you up. What do you do easily? For me, I am a natural encourager, and I mentor people without them asking. I give advice effortlessly. I almost feel wrong if I don’t tell someone the right thing to do. You have to consider what comes out of you when you’re at ease and not trying to be someone else or put on a show. Do you relate to any of these things? If so, it’s time to think deeper on the type of coach you want to be.
In discovering your niche in life coaching, you should not be ok with being too broad. You have to get specific as possible, or else you will wind up trying to attract too many people. This will become vague and no one will know exactly what you stand for. You will wind up not having anyone paying for your services at all, so it’s important to nail this down right now. As an example, I focus on helping clients integrate mindset practices into building online coaching or brick and mortar businesses from scratch. So that means I probably wouldn’t help someone who only focuses on passive income products for their businesses. Why? Because I am all about showing my clients how to stand out in those businesses using the tips and trick I show them doing mindset work.
Develop Your Client Avatar
In choosing the exact type of coaching you want to be, you have to develop your client avatar. In other words, you need to know exactly who you serve. Taking anyone’s money who will hand it to you will not work. Why? It’s because your energy is exhausted in having to work with those people. You want to make it crystal clear who you want in your space. For me, my ideal client is a millennial fresh entrepreneur who wants to stand out in their business but isn’t sure how. They may struggle to find clients, hit their income goals, or sustain their business without facing newbie burnout.
Capitalize on Your Results
Even more pressing is knowing exactly what you do for your clients to nail those end results. This will sale more than anything because people pay for solutions, not more problems. What has helped me is writing out what I have done for my own life, or what training practices I have put in the works to get my clients results. Here’s an example for clarity:
I show them how to get visible and gain engagement on any social media post or live videos and craft their stories to convert to sales.
I help them stop being just “inspirational” to their audience, and start being a marketable money magnet.
I show them how to create valuable and profitable content that people will shove their money at.
I provide them with the mindset work in dealing with money and business that NO ONE ELSE has in this world.
I show them how to screen discovery calls + train them how to connect and make the sale.
I structure their daily routine and journaling for abundance to kick burnout to the curve.
I nail down their client avatar and structure marketing strategies to attract clients easily.
I show them how to organically build their audience and start getting paid just for being themselves.
I give them unlimited email and messenger support to answer tough questions and give immediate strategies for MAJOR breakthroughs.
I’m telling you, once you know what results you bring to play, your clients will trust you more and actually be ready to pay you RIGHT NOW! But let’s not forget that you will need to have a product or service to sell them. You should know what you have to sell from front to back, knowing exactly who would benefit from it. Establish different levels of products and services that are free to drive attraction to your business. Then, gradually increase the prices on your sales funnel, establishing a higher level of value as the price points increase. Write out a list of exactly what each product or service has in it to be able to finally share it to your audience.
Share Your Work
The last part is typically the scariest for most new entrepreneurs because they have all these creative ideas, but they are not so ready to share it. Look, don’t hide your work! Someone needs your work to transform their lives from the inside out. Show up on live videos. Post amazingly, incredible valuable content to help people. Send out the emails to the people who would most benefit from what you do. Make those connections in networking groups. It will make a huge difference! Build those relationships. The more people feel connected to you, the more they will want to buy from you.
