When you learn to work with the Universal Laws, manifestation is no longer a mystery because now there are clear rules to follow that govern everything in our reality! The list goes on and on…

…And a huge reason behind this is the Universal Laws.

When I first heard about manifesting and I would hear teachers or speakers say, “You can have anything you want!” I used to find it hard to believe, because my self-esteem and self-confidence were so low.

“Psh, easy for you to say,” I’d think. “You don’t know what I’ve been through and you don’t know where I’m stuck.”

I needed PROOF. 

And learning the Universal Laws turned out to be just the proof I was looking for.

When I discovered the Universal Laws, I had finally found something that felt very concrete to allow me to manifest what I wanted.

Now, I work with the Universal Laws every single day to help me create an abundant life, and I’m SO excited to share my take on them with you! 

Keep reading and I’ll tell you all about the Universal Laws, which ones stand out to me the most, and how I apply them to my life, business, making money, and everything else!

Understanding the Universal Laws 

You already know that there are certain laws in our Universe: for example, the law of gravity. 

Whether you understand how gravity works or not, you know that if you pick something up and let it go… it’s going to land on the ground. This will never change.

The same goes for the Universal Laws.

The Universal Laws govern EVERYTHING on the planet, and it’s just a matter of whether they’re working FOR you or not. 

If you understand the Universal Laws and learn to live in harmony with them, your success becomes inevitable.

When I began to practice working with these laws, I started to see SO much good begin to come my way from just about every unexpected source you can imagine…

…And I know the same is possible for you, too!

Let’s get into the Universal Laws and how you can apply them to create your reality!

The Law of Divine Oneness

The Law of Divine Oneness states that everything is connected to everything else. 

This means that what we think, say, do and believe will have a corresponding effect on everyone and everything in the Universe around us.

This is one of my favorites of the Universal Laws, and it had such a powerful impact on the way I looked at the world.

Because of the Law of Divine Oneness, I started realizing that when I’m supporting others, I’m really supporting myself and the entire Universe.

I started to see the students I helped as a part of my family.

I started to give others the benefit of the doubt more often.

I started to believe that I could create the world I live in.

I also realized that the energy I put out will always come back to me, one way or another… EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Just think for a moment how you can apply this to your life!

How would you act if you knew you’re connected to everyone and everything? 

The Law of Compensation

The Law of Compensation states that you will be paid in direct proportion to the need for what you do, your ability to do it, and the inability to replace you.

This is one of the Universal Laws that I began to learn more about from Bob Proctor, and it’s also one I love to teach to my students to help them increase their income.

Let’s break it down into parts.

The need for what you do…

This means that in order to receive compensation for what you do, you must offer value. There must be a need for what you do.

Think about it:

Grocery stores make money because people NEED food.

Coaches make money because people NEED to change their thoughts and actions to get better results. 

Universities make money because people THINK they NEED higher education. 

(Is this true? You decide for yourself, but it’s embedded in our culture, and that’s why universities make so much money.)

If you’re willing to show up, offer VALUE, and meet the NEEDS of your dream clients, you will inevitably be able to receive compensation for it.

Your ability to do it…

Think of your craft or your purpose. 

How can you practice what you preach? 

How can you become a product of the product that you sell? 

How can you be your own best testimonial? 

How can you continue learning more and then implementing and embodying those changes?

You don’t have to start off being a superstar at what you do, but a professional shows up and aims to get better at what they do every day.

When you commit to being the best at what you do, you’ll inevitably increase your skills, which increases the value of what you offer, allowing you to command higher and higher prices.

The inability to replace you…

What makes you irreplaceable? 

To me, this aspect of the Law of Compensation is SO encouraging.

As long as you show up as yourself — your FULL and BEST self — you can check this one off the list.

NO ONE CAN REPLACE you! 

No one else has your experiences, your story, your unique perspective on the world… and it’s all SO valuable.

YOU are your own secret weapon!

The Law of Vibration

“If you want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” 

– Nikola Tesla

The Law of Vibration states that everything in the Universe moves, everything vibrates, and everything carries its own unique vibrational frequency.

These vibrational principles apply to everything in the physical world, including our thoughts, feelings, desires, and wills… which is why this is one of the Universal Laws that’s so important to understand.

We are always magnets for our vibration.

When what you want is on a different level of vibration, at first it can seem uncomfortable to get there. But becoming a magnet for what you want starts with living as if it’s already yours. 

You can view your emotions as your own “thermometer” to signify what frequency you’re vibrating at. 

Refer to the chart below and keep it as a reference for understanding what you are attracting into your life.

You attract what resonates with the energy frequency that you are vibrating at. 

This is why the energy of being giddy, happy, joyful, and playful is a POWERFUL manifestation magnet. 

When you have this kind of energy, you become magnetic. No one will be able to take their eyes off of you! People will literally pay to be in your energy and a part of your world!

So play, have fun and try it!

The Law of Cause and Effect

The Law of Cause and Effect states that for every cause, there is an effect. For every action, there is a reaction or consequence. Nothing happens by chance or outside of the Universal Laws.

The Kybalion, a text-based on the Hermetic philosophy of ancient Egypt and Greece that explores the Universal Laws, states that “Chance is a name for Law not recognized.”

Any time I’ve struggled in my business, I go back to the Law of Cause and Effect. Because the Universe operates like an organism in nature, I know that each part depends on the others, and each part affects the others. Whatever you put out comes right back to you.

If things are moving too slowly for me, I ask myself, “Where am I moving too slowly?”

If things feel hard, I ask myself, “How am I making this hard?”

If things seem too complicated, I ask myself, “Am I overcomplicating this? Am I telling myself the lie that it has to be this complex?”

I know that I am always at the cause.

You might’ve heard the phrase, “You reap what you sow.” 

This is why another name for this Universal Law is “The Law of Reaping and Sowing.”

If you were a farmer, you wouldn’t just NOT plant any seeds and expect a garden to grow, right?

You also wouldn’t plant seeds for radishes and expect to grow strawberries.

When you’re willing to accept that you’re always at the cause, you can start to work with the Universal Laws to plant the seeds of what you actually want to grow… and it’s only a matter of time before you reap what you’ve sown!

The Law of Attraction

“What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create.”

– Buddha

The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like. 

Positive energy attracts positive energy, and negative energy attracts negative energy.

Our identity, our thoughts, our beliefs, our feelings, how we carry ourselves, our behaviors, and our environment ALL create the energy surrounding us… which attracts more of that same energy into our lives.

This is one of the Universal Laws that are pretty famous because of the book and the movie The Secret, which helped get a lot of people excited about manifestation, but many became frustrated when they tried to manifest things just by keeping a positive attitude.

Thinking positive thoughts is SO important, but what most people don’t understand is that it’s the subconscious mind that’s actually running the show. 

We think over 60,000 thoughts per day, and we’re not even consciously aware of most of them!

Our eyes blink, our hearts beat, our lungs breathe… and we don’t even have to think about it because our subconscious mind is behind it all. 

In the YES SUPPLY METHOD, we teach you how to work with the subconscious mind using tools like NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and hypnosis to make powerful changes to the beliefs you’re holding subconsciously, which manifest into your thoughts, behaviors, words, and actions.

This is why it’s so important to be aware of what you are saying to and about others.

Don’t judge. Don’t gossip. Don’t be jealous of or compare yourself to others. 

(Remember the Law of Divine Oneness… they’re all connected to you anyway!)

When you study the subconscious mind, you’ll see how this plays out even more because the subconscious takes everything personally. When you’re saying something negative about someone else, your subconscious interprets it as if you’re saying it about yourself!

But the more you cultivate positivity in your life, the more positivity you’ll attract.

The Law of Action

The Law of Action states that in order to manifest things in physical reality, we must engage in actions that support our thoughts, dreams, emotions, and words.

(This is what a lot of people were probably missing when they first watched The Secret and tried to manifest something just by thinking about it!)

We live in a participatory Universe, which means that we have to take action in order to bring our ideas into this plane.

Yes, everything that we want to create starts with our thoughts and our energy, but we also have to take steps every day that align with our goals. 

Many people get totally caught up in analyzing, planning, and overthinking their dreams, and this keeps them stuck.

What I always encourage my clients to do is just get started, even if it’s just by taking baby steps at first. 

With each step you take, you’ll learn SO much more about yourself than you would if you were just sitting around questioning whether it’s a good idea or not.

The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy 

“Thought is the only power which can produce tangible riches from the Formless Substance.” 

– Wallace Wattles

The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy states that everything is in a perpetual state of motion, and all of us have the power to transform our lives. Higher vibrations will always transform lower ones, and by understanding the Universal Laws, we can apply these principles and grow from them.

This law states that nothing rests, everything is moving. Everything is in a perpetual state of motion. 

This means that if you are not moving forward, you’re fighting the natural order of things.

When you stand still, the world moves without you. 

If you are not growing, you’re dying, because things are always moving,

Energy is always flowing and moving THROUGH YOU and it is your thoughts, vibration, and focus that create your reality.

At any moment that you are thinking, you are creating. The thought that you have in your head RIGHT NOW is creating something.

A few hours from now, you’ll be thinking about something else, and that thought will create something, too.

You may think the space around you is empty, but it’s actually not empty at all. It is filled with ether, or pure potential energy. This ether is what carries everything from radio waves to thoughts and emotions.

The more we have a focused concentration on what we want to create, the more that energy can flow to us and through us and transform the etheric into the physical.

The Law of Relativity

The Law of Relativity states that each person will receive a series of problems, lessons, or tests of initiation for the purpose of strengthening the light within that individual.

The lessons that each person will receive will be different, and it’s all relative.

No matter how bad we perceive our current situation to be, there is always someone who is in a relatively worse position.

It also means that current problems should not be compared with past problems, because we’re always learning something, and we’ll bring a deeper perspective with each challenge that we face in life.

When we embrace these challenges for what they are — chances to learn and grow — we start to see that we have everything that we need to face them.

The Law of Polarity

The Law of Polarity states that everything is on a continuum and has its opposite pole.

This also means that:

For every question you have, there’s an answer.

For every problem, there’s a solution.

You can use this law to ask powerful questions of the universe.

This is one of the most powerful Universal Laws you can apply to start shifting your thoughts. If you have a negative thought, by concentrating on the opposite pole, you can start to transform that thought.

I remember when I first decided to become a coach, if I had a negative thought like, “I’ll never be a great coach or speaker…” or “No one will ever listen to me,” I’d replace that thought with, “I have everything I need to be an amazing coach. People WILL want to listen to my story, people WILL want to be coached by me.”

Practice this!

Next time you catch yourself thinking a negative thought, ask yourself what’s on the opposite pole… and remember that if one pole exists, the other must, too.

The Law of Rhythm

The Law of Rhythm states that everything in the Universe vibrates and moves to certain rhythms.

This is why everything on Earth moves in seasons, cycles, stages, and patterns that follow a predictable divine rhythm according to the Universal Laws.

You can achieve mastery when you start to pay attention to these rhythms and flow with them. 

You stop being impatient and start seeing how everything is unfolding in perfect timing. 

You start realizing that when you rest, you’re preparing your energy for the next cycle. 

This means you can stop working against the flow of life and start knowing how to work with the Universal Laws and your own energy to create the outcomes you want!

The Law of Gender 

The Law of Gender states that everything on this plane has its masculine and feminine principles.

It is this law that governs what we know as creation, and in the animal kingdom, it manifests as sex. In nature, both male and female aspects are required for life to exist.

The masculine energy directs itself to the feminine energy to initiate the creative process, but it’s the feminine energy that does the active creative work. 

You might also be familiar with this concept as the yin and the yang. 

Each of us has access to both masculine and feminine energies, no matter what our gender.

Your masculine energy might be the part of you that makes the to-do list and directs the plan for how you’re going to get it done, whereas your feminine energy might be the part of you that allows your ideas to expand and unfold.

With this one, it can be helpful to think about how you balance your thoughts, words, emotions, and actions. 

Are you using both your masculine and feminine energies in your manifestation process?

The Law of Correspondence

The Law of Correspondence states that everything in the physical world has its corresponding principles on all other planes. Light, vibration, and motion all have their corresponding principles in the etheric plane.

This is one of the Universal Laws that holds all the other Universal Laws within it.

The Law of Correspondence teaches us that whatever is happening on the inside is what is reflected on the outside. Anything you want on the outside, think of it as a metaphor and be that on the inside.

If you spent the day with me, you would see that while I am human and not perfect, the vast majority of the time… 

I am non-judgmental.

I stay peaceful.

I say loving and positive things to the people around me.

I’m giving and generous.

I make jokes and laugh.

I’m sincerely optimistic.

I believe in and encourage others.

This is not by chance.

I’ve done a lot of work on my inner world so that I have positive or at least neutral thoughts about myself, I practice gratitude for what I have (and I did even when I had much less), I value myself, my creativity, and my time, and I enjoy the world that I have created for myself.

Because my inner world is one of love, peace, and abundance, that is how my outer world shows up.

“As above, so below, as within, so without, as the universe, so the soul…”

I didn’t wait for my life to get better before I decided to feel good — it doesn’t work that way. I had to choose to cultivate my inner world, regardless of circumstances, and that’s when my entire reality started to transform.

So ask yourself, “What do I want my outer world to look like? How can I start cultivating those energies from within?”
