If you’re here, you’ve been asking yourself How To Become a Better Person? But you need to know, you are already an incredible person.
Trying to become ‘better’ is the same as thinking you’re not ‘good enough’
Enough for what?
With a vague ambiguous outcome like this, you might find yourself stuck in a loop of searching for a goal that is not really clear, and then feeling frustrated that you haven’t attained it and stay in this loop of not feeling enough.

In fact, the more you remember that you are born perfect and good enough that will actually help you become a better person in the outside world.
So here are the real tips for how to become a better person:
1. Ensure that you are creating your own standards, not trying to live up to someone else
If you’re only becoming better because you are comparing yourself to someone else, you’re going to stay in a loop of not-enoughness.
Instead, go within and ask yourself the following questions:
- Who would I love to be? What would be fun for me, and feel like I’m expanding to my potential?
- How do I feel within me? How do others feel when they are around me?
- In each area of my life, what would I like to improve? How do I want my relationships to look? My health? My money?
- What solid, and quantifiable results can I equate to this goal, so I truly know if I’ve hit it and can hit a milestone!
When you work on your identity and how you see yourself, it will actually have a trickle-down effect on the rest of your life, so keep focused on being the best version of you and the other things will fall into place.
2. Let go of judgment
In my work with the subconscious mind, building the Coaching Certification program the YES SUPPLY METHOD I’ve realized one important thing: The subconscious mind takes everything personally.
So, if you judge other people you are actually making your own life worse.
When you judge someone else, you send a signal to your subconscious mind that you live in a judgmental world (even if that is not actually true)
When your subconscious mind receives that signal, it assumes that it is not safe to be yourself for fear of judgment and it actually will stop you from fully expressing yourself, fully going after success, and so on.
Think about this: The only experience that you know is real for sure is your own, so make sure it’s an experience you love.
Ask yourself:
How can I drop the judgment and let others just be who they are?
How can I escape having expectations for other people?
How can I forgive and send love to others?
How can I unconditionally love and accept others the way I would love to be unconditionally loved and accepted.
When you do this, you create a world that you experience that is full of love and acceptance, and you create that world for yourself as well.
The people around you respond to your energy- so you get to create the reality you want.
3. Seek To Contribute From A Place Of More Than Enough
Can you think of a way that you can contribute to the world from a place of love? Is there something you can see yourself doing that adds value to others while letting you explore your loves and interests?
It’s no surprise that the people who are perceived as great people are the ones who have a lot to contribute to the world. And when you can find something you love to do and contribute in that way, that means that you get to contribute from a place of feeling ‘more than enough’
Imagine if you got thanked, congratulated and adored just for being you.
That will happen when you begin to ask yourself “How can I contribute in a way that feels fun to me?” and then do that with joy.
If you’ve ever wanted to contribute to the world by helping people with their mental health and think about becoming a coach.
Helping people set goals, and achieve them is one of the most rewarding things I have ever done in my life, and I get to create multiple 5 figure months while doing so!
