How to facilitate and lead transformative work

How to facilitate and lead transformative work

Have you ever seen 20 people transform in front of your eyes?

Leading transformational training is not for the light of heart. It is a passion that comes from deep within your soul. It’s for someone who has a deep belief that we are all here for something so much greater than us!

“The bigger you dream the bigger the container for the reality you create”- Reese Evans

After being someone who grew up being the ‘quiet one’, and always feeling shy and insecure around new people- Deciding to grow a business of teaching others was scary.

lead transformative work

Yet something inside my heart knew I was meant to speak, the lead, and to help other become confident, self-assured and abundant.

After certifying over 100 students in my in person sessions, here are some of the most important things I learned about facilitating change!

1. Remember that you are always fully loved and supported the most you decide to fully love and support yourself

Often we think that we have to be more educated, smarter, or older than others to lead a training. That’s not true. It’s my belief that the most important thing you need to lead a successful event is the desire to serve. If you are willing to do what you can to create a safe space, build community by setting an example, and add value then know that you have exactly what people are looking for!

You have everything you need to lead incredible training right now.

2. See your students not at where they are, but as who they want to be

When my students sit in my class, from that moment I look at them as the worlds next leaders! I know every single woman in my class is on her way to being the next big Netflix documentary producer, the next big author, and the next big world-renown coach. I see them at the level of which they are going and I hold the students in my class at a high standard. Even though you might be teaching your students something, they are extremely smart and should be looked at as peers in your industry sharing knowledge.

3. Tao into universal power

It was a deep knowing and a highly energetic intuition that drew you to teach! Knowing that spirit guided you to what you wish to be doing, trust that it will not leave you hanging!

Your spirit will fuel you with the energy, support and love you need in order to fulfil the tasks it called upon you to complete. The work that you’re doing is for the greater good of the collective, and so mountains will move so that things work out in your best interests.

4. I’ve learned to dream big, and stay focused on what I want

Your reality cannot outrun your dreams. In order to get to the next level it’s important to get clear on what your next level looks like, and keep focusing on that! What would a big, juicy and expansive goal be achieved look like for you? What would an exceptionally joyful reality look like? The bigger you dream,

the bigger the container for the reality you create. When you’ve achieved more joy, and happier life, your students will be drawn to your programs and training just because of the energy they know is there and awaiting them!
